It's been a great 50 years! lots of fun and memories to look back on. We have come to the end of an era and it's time to pass this tradition on to the next generation of Ruders. Hope everyone had as much fun as I did!

The Rude Out was bittersweet with two of our best Ruders      missing. Gone, but not forgotten!

2019

Roosevelt Lake Level at 74%!
Lots of snowpack and runoff this year! That means a shorter walk to the water!
Check lake level HERE

RudeOut 2019 will be the first one held on a weekend other than Memorial Day or Labor Day.
When Frazier Group Site reservations went online in late 2017, we were able to secure a reservation for 2018 before that fact
became widely known. However, in 2018, while at Roosevelt Lake for the RudeOut, we found that someone had booked Frazier for the dates we wanted in 2019. Consequently, we decided to move the dates for RudeOut XLVII to the weekend AFTER Memorial Day. Dates for May 29-June 3, 2019 have been locked in.

Tee Shirt and Tank Top orders are going in soon! If you know of anyone who is not on our Facebook page or email list that wants a shirt, be sure to let them know.
I'm only going to bring shirts for those who have pre-ordered... NO EXTRAS will be available!

Order your Rudeout 47 Official T-shirt NOW!
Tee Shirt: S-XL $12  2XL-3XL $15
Tank Top: $10 all sizes

2020
The 48th Rude Out has been postponed until next year due to Covid-19. Frazier Group Site has been reserved for Sept 2 - Sept 6, 2021.

One of the original Ruders has gone to the big Rude Out in the sky.  We lost Jamie Foster on February 2, 2020.
He and Roy and a couple of other buddies  started the whole thing back in 1973. He'll join Bill and Dan around the heavenly campfire.  Here's to you Jamie!

FOSTER, James Lewis 76, passed away in the presence of his wife, Freddy Wade-Foster and his favorite nephew, Erik Nelson on February 2, 2020 in Tucson, AZ. He was born 1943 in Chicago, Illinois. His family moved to Tucson in 1955. He played basketball for the University of Arizona from 1961 to 1965. Jamie worked at Ted's College Bar, the Marriott downtown, and the Convention Center to name a few. He owned Universal Weed Service and The Home Plate Sports Pub. Jamie's passion for life was unparalleled. Services will be held at Pantano Baptist Church, 225 S. Pantano Rd., Sunday, April 5, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. with on-site Celebration of Life following. If attending please wear UofA gear or favorite team or bright and loud colors.  Note: Jamie's service was postponed due to Covid-19.

Update: Jamie's Rememberance Service has been rescheduled for Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 11:00am at Pantano Baptist Church, 225 S. Pantano Rd.

2021
The 48th Rude Out has been rescheduled to Labor Day Weekend. Frazier Group Site has been reserved for Sept 2 - Sept 6, 2021.
August 6: Water level is 66%

Although our reservation for Memorial Day 2021 had been reinstated by Tonto National Forest, it was decided to wait until Labor Day to hold the 48th Rude Out. This will give folks more time to plan and budget for the much-anticipated event after over a year of being without a gathering.
